1. Service Provision
E1 Digital Agency will provide web hosting services, including the deployment and
management of hosting accounts, as specified in the agreed-upon service plan.

2. Account Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their
account information. Any activities conducted under your account will be considered
authorized by you.

3. Hosting Payment and Refund Policy
The hosting price will be charged in advance for the whole year and will not be
refundable if the client decides to stop using the services before the hosting plan
expires.

4. Hosting Duration and Renewal
The deployed hosting is for a 1-year period. The client must pay the renewal amount
at least 1 week before the expiry date to renew it in a timely manner. If payment is
not made, the domain and hosting will be cancelled automatically.

5. Changing Hosting Before Renewal
E1 Digital provides hosting for a duration of one year. If a client wishes to transfer
their website to their own hosting before the renewal, they must inform E1 Digital at
least one week before the expiry of the current hosting period. Our team will assist
you in transferring your website to your hosting.

6. Service Uptime
E1 Digital Agency aims to provide 99.9% uptime for hosting services. However,
scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may cause downtime.

7. Acceptable Use Policy
Clients must not use the hosting services for unlawful activities, including but not
limited to, distributing malware, engaging in fraudulent activities, or violating
intellectual property rights.

8. Non-Renewal of Hosting
E1 Digital reserves the right not to renew your hosting after a year for any reason. In
such cases, we will inform the client in advance. The client will need to purchase their
own hosting, and our team will assist with the transfer of the website to the new
hosting.

9. Limitation of Liability
E1 Digital Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use or inability to use our hosting services.

10. Termination
E1 Digital Agency reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate any terms
and conditions or if deemed necessary for service integrity and security.

11. Amendments
E1 Digital Agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any
time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
By utilizing E1 Digital Agency’s hosting services, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
